This workout has you applying the aerobic conditioning from the Commit Period and the power from the Strengthen Period in tandem to produce quicker and more agile body.

The Perform period is when you apply the improvements you’ve made in the previous two periods, Commit and Strengthen. In the Perform period, you will be running faster during intervals, completing endurance workouts with less perceived eff¬ort and perform the resistance movements with speed and power.
